Our caretaker service in Kathmandu are based on an hourly system, with a standard work schedule of six days per week and one day off. Working hours range from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per day, within the time frame of 06:00 AM to 07:00 PM in summer and 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM in winter.
Booking Process:
To book our service, an advance payment of NPR 2,000 is required (i.e. service charge). This payment can be made via mobile banking.
Once the booking is confirmed:
- We will provide a caretaker within 4 to 12 working days.
- Details, including the caretaker’s citizenship information, will be shared with you via WhatsApp or Viber.
Evaluation Period and Replacement Policy:
- The caretaker will undergo a 1-week Evaluation period.
- If you are satisfied with caretaker’s performance, you may continue with the same caretaker.
- If not, please inform us with valid reasons, and we will arrange a replacement (only 1 caretaker per month).
- This service charge is valid within 2 months only. If you want to replace after 2 months then additional cost is applied. No temporary replacement is provided (if caretaker is on leave).
- Service charge is non-refundable but will be put on hold and provide you in future.

First Party: Customer
Second Party: Domestic Helper Supply Service PVT. LTD
-Any loss or theft at the home of the first party shall not be the responsibility of the second party.
-If a worker leaves their position as a result of poor behavior or abuse, the second component is not obligated to hire a replacement.
-At the end of the month, the first party is required to pay caretaker remuneration directly to caretaker.
-The first party must pay Rs. 2,000 to reserve a caretaker and this money is non-refundable. This amount is valid till 2 months of reserving date.
-After two months from booking period if first party want to replace or want another caretaker, first party should book our service again with our service charge.
-We disclaim all liability for any potential future legal outcomes.
-The first party must gather the caretaker’s original documents, including caretaker’s citizenship, family contact information, and relatives for safety and reliability (if necessary).
-After the caretaker one week trial period, the client must notify the company. If satisfied, first party can continue with caretaker but if not satisfy then first party have to pay the caretaker working days salary then company will replace caretaker with another. Only two caretaker will be replaced within one month if not satisfied with our provided caretaker.
